Shipping Policy

Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We don't yet offer international shipping.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered in 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a call or WhatsApp message from our courier to confirm delivery before they arrive.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on orders over ₨5,000. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Your order confirmation email includes your order number. If you checked out as a guest, it also includes a link where you can check your order status at any time.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out.
