Cash on Delivery in Pakistan: How It Actually Works

If you haven't ordered from a smaller online brand before, paying in advance to a store you've never used can feel risky. Cash on Delivery (COD) exists specifically to remove that risk — you don't pay anything until the order is physically in your hands. Here's exactly how it works.

Step by step

1. Place your order online and select Cash on Delivery as the payment method at checkout. No card details, no advance payment, no account required.
2. You'll get an order confirmation with your order number, and typically a follow-up message confirming your address and phone number are correct.
3. The order ships and a courier is assigned. Most orders across Pakistan are delivered in 3-6 business days depending on your city.
4. The courier calls or messages you before delivery to confirm you'll be available — this is normal and worth answering, since a missed delivery attempt can delay things.
5. You pay in cash when the order arrives — exact change helps but isn't always required. Once you've paid, the order is complete.

What if something's wrong with the order?

Check the item before the courier leaves if you can. If something's not right — wrong item, visible damage — you're not obligated to accept it. If you've already accepted delivery and notice an issue afterward, see the refund policy for how returns and exchanges work, or just message us directly.

Why we still offer it, even though it's more work for us

COD costs more to fulfil than prepaid orders — there's more coordination with couriers, and occasionally a delivery gets refused. We keep it because it's the only payment method that requires zero trust upfront, and for a newer brand, that matters more than the extra handling on our end.
